I have been a big fan of a certain coffee company in Houston for more than 10 years. Then these guys show up at a holiday market and being the polite person I am, I tried their Sumatra sample (as that is my 'usual.') As good as it was, I already had plenty at home. But the guys were just so nice and very, very knowledgeable about their craft that I wanted to give them a try. So, when my stash was running low, I ordered their samplers. (Very fast delivery service,)
I have three favorites so far: Interstellar, Meco (decaf), and ??? (all those space names get confusing (to me.)
These guys are talented, connoisseurs of coffee. Smooth, delicious, with such subtle notes of flavors that you will quit gulping your coffee and slow down enough to close your eyes and truly enjoy the complexity of your coffee.

Moon Walker offers a well-balanced mix of fruity notes, hints of citrus and berries, and a crisp acidity that adds a refreshing touch. There’s a floral, tea-like quality to it, along with a subtle sweetness. The finish is smooth and clean, making it easy to enjoy without overpowering flavors. For those who appreciate light roasts with a bit of complexity, Moon Walker is worth trying.

I’m a dark roast coffee kinda girl, however this medium roast is amazingly delicious. You will not go wrong buying this coffee. I say try it and you will fall in love ☕️.
